Yield: 1 serving 4 to 5 fresh mint leaves Crushed ice 1 tablespoon simple syrup (see note) 1 tablespoon water 2 ounces Palm Ridge Reserve Fresh mint sprig for garnish 1. Crush mint leaves in the bottom of an 8 ounce glass. 2. Add ice, simple syrup, water and Palm Ridge Reserve. Stir gently until the glass frosts. Garnish with fresh mint sprig and serve.
